Get in Touch

Here for your journey

into the loving embrace

of all that you are

I help people slow down, breathe, and courageously explore the wise use of psychedelics for healing and growth

Welcome.  I'm Paul.

I am a therapist, coach, educator, and advocate. Most people who find me are going through a season of disconnection and stuckness. Through mindfulness, somatic healing, and possibly the wise exploration of psychedelics, we can help you to reconnect.

I hold conversations that honor human wholeness through the embrace of seeming opposites. I hold conversations that honor human wholeness through the embrace of seeming opposites. So here's an extra warm welcome to those of you who are both slowing down to heal and speeding toward your future. Who are scientific skeptics and spiritual seekers. Who are burned out and becoming. Who are grieving and still growing.

Welcome, all of you.

Below are some of the ways we might work together.

An Invitation

Right here,

right now,

you are invited

To slow down.

To breathe.

And to listen.

 I wonder

if you hear a call

to the middle way.

Your way

To lovingly embrace

All that you are.

 I’d be honored

to find that way

with you.

 Warmly,

Paul
