1:1 Coaching

I am guided by my training and experience, as well as the wisdom of my teachers and my community, who keep me grounded, growing, and healing myself.

My trauma-informed coaching process integrates mindful, somatic, spiritual, and relational practices to support mind-body healing, sustainable real-world growth, and grounded transformation.

Let's Connect

You can rest assured that every time we meet,

there will be a warm, spacious invitation

to slow down…

breathe…

and listen to yourself.

Our work starts there.

On a more practical level, I help my clients to follow evidence-based best practices throughout the process of a journey into non-ordinary states of consciousness, whether through mindfulness, somatic coaching, or the use of psychedelics.

The process can be broken down into three components:

Preparation

The key drivers of successful outcomes are your Mindset (“Set”) going into an exploration of non-ordinary consciousness, your goals (“Intentions”), and the container (“Setting”) where you will go on the journey.

Together, we usually explore Set first, with questions like:

How are you doing?

And…right here…right now…how are you doing?

What challenge are you facing?

How are your old ways of coping no longer serving you?

Do you have some of the tools that may be helpful for integrating a journey, like mindfulness practices, healthy habits, a supportive community, etc.?

We’ll explore your Intentions next, working to name 2-3 intentions in simple, poetic language that will serve you throughout your journey and our work together. We’ll discuss:

What do you hope will change?

What are you needing to release?

What are you inviting in?

What is your highest self really wanting you to know right now?

Next, we explore Setting.

Where do you imagine you will go on this journey?

What kind of experience do you hope to have?

If it includes a psychedelic medicine, which medicine calls to you? (Note that I provide education and support, but do not provide any medicines and do not encourage the illegal use of any substance).

Who will support you in-person before, during, and after?

What do you want to have available in the room?

What type of music, if any, will best serve your journey?

How will you plan to nourish your body before, during, and after?

Journey

You’re feeling ready and the time has arrived – have a beautiful journey.

Maybe that looks like a guided breathwork.

Or a mindful exploration of your habitual body posture.

Or engaging with a psychedelic medicine.

Regardless of the path, the key drivers of success in this stage are your ability to trust in yourself, in the setting, and in the organic unfolding of experience itself. Openness, surrender, and engagement with the mystical side of experience tend to correlate with success. The Preparation stage should have set you up well to feel this way.

Integration

Welcome back home. In this tender, neuroplastic stage, we will work together to embrace what you experienced and ensure that you give yourself enough time to settle before committing to big changes.

We’ll talk through different ways to integrate what you learned into every day and every moment of your life.

Questions we may explore include:

Body

What sensations did you feel?

If sensations were good, did you have a sense of how to welcome them?

If sensations were challenging, how were you able to be with them?
What did you learn about your physical body and health?

How can you turn these into action steps in your life?

Emotions

What emotional experiences were most prominent?

How were you able to express or suppress emotion that arose?

How can you take what you learned and cultivate a practice to bring more emotional awareness into your daily life?

Relational

What relationships showed up?

How do you need to change those relationships?

How did you experience your relationship with yourself?

Spiritual

Did you connect with anything spiritual?

Did you receive any guidance on your purpose, mission, or reason for being?

How can you bring this awareness into your daily life?

While integration is a lifetime’s work, and I am available to work with my clients for extended periods of time when needed, my goal is to give you the tools to be able to integrate on your own in a good way.

I also work with many clients solely in the integration phase, often after they’ve had a powerful psychedelic experience that they are struggling to integrate.

Timing and Pricing

My goal is to work collaboratively and generatively with each client. Together, we find a rhythm and investment that fits your goals and where you are in the process.

Most clients begin with a three-month engagement for $3,000, which typically works out to about $250 per session.

I also reserve two spots for clients experiencing financial hardship, offered on a pay-what-you-can basis.
